The thuds of my circulation increases its beats
Sweat trickles over my palms
My breaths slowly shorten
The whole punched through my chest widens
All the pain creeps its way back
It starts to burn as I lose track
Dizzy and lightheaded
A feeling I've never dreaded
They say its too late
But I can't control my fate
This feeling I so long remember
A head rush I will contender
Revealing What I've lost
Pain will be my cost
I'm suddenly a stranger in my own skin
Stuck in a world I don't belong in
Uncoordinated movements start to hover
As gravity steals me over
This surface I lay, beneath a dead clover
In the wounds of a lost lover
No longer can I take cover
